I reached out a couple of days before Christmas in bitterly cold weather as my 12 foot overhead door had jammed open. Guy’s Overhead Door Services were fantastic. They gave me guidance on how to secure the door until they could come out, came out the next day and fixed the door quickly. They explained why the issue is occurring (thank you builder for an incorrect install!!) and will come back in warmer weather to properly fix the door so the issue doesn’t reoccur. In the mean time it is set up so the problem should not happen again until they can get back out. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!

A great company to deal with. I emailed Thursday night regarding a broken spring on my overhead door and they got back to me first thing the next morning. He said he could probably come the next day and sure enough was here that morning. I’d be surprised if he was even here an hour and the price I was quoted was the price on my invoice. Highly recommended!

We had our garage doors replaced (two single wide doors) in the fall of 2024. We couldn’t be happier! The whole process from quote to decision to installation was absolutely fantastic! Was Guy’s the least expensive? No, were they the most expensive? No. Are they the best? Absolutely. Installation was fast and extremely professional! Aside from two new doors, you wouldn’t know anyone was there. I honestly can’t say enough good about Guy’s Overhead doors. Have recommended them in the past and will in the future, too!

Called Guy’s with a broken door spring at 8:30 pm. It was fixed by 10am the next day!! Everyone was very courteous. This is the second great experience I have had with them.

Ray and his people installed two new garage doors for us many years ago, and they’ve worked perfectly ever since !

Yesterday one of the two springs on the double door understandably broke after lots of usage. Travis came out today, and very quickly and inexpensively replaced them both.

They’re the only people that I’ll call !
